to make a purchase through this website, you are accepting these terms and conditions. These conditions are as important for you as they are for us, as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between us, to protect your rights as a client and ours as a company. When placing your order, you declare that you have read and accept these conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree to them, you should not order from us.

All the products sold on Sio2.es are made by SiO2, a Spanish company tax resident at Calle Denia 14, Valencia under the name of Tiziana Chiara, with Spanish tax no. X7963974V.

Product selection and purchase

At SiO2 you can find information about all the products we offer and how to purchase them.

Our pieces are handcrafted. This means that products may vary slightly in tone, colour or texture from the photographs shown. Each variation should be appreciated as an intrinsic quality of a unique product.

The prices of products sold on SiO2 appear only in euros (símbolo euro) and VAT is included.

On completing your purchase you will be able to see the postage cost.

Once the products have been added to your cart and the order completed you can choose to:

• collect your order from our shop within 5 days.
• pay by card.
• pay through PayPal Inc. (the parent company of PayPal (Europe)S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.)

All these details are clearly indicated during the purchasing process, before completion of your order.

The order will be processed once we receive confirmation of payment.

For orders to be correctly processed, you, as the user, should comply with these conditions of use  as described in the version published on our website at the time of your visit.

This data will be added to a database owned by SiO2 and will be processed as stipulated in our Privacy Policy, for the sole purpose of contacting you through our website SiO2.es.

Once you order has been completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the details of the order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may vary, but don’t worry, no changes will be made once we have accepted your order.

The date of delivery to the address you provide will depend on the product selected and the area of destination. Deliveries within mainland Spain should take 24-48 hours. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and elsewhere in Europe take from 6-8 working days.

Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be sent the following Monday.

We will give you the delivery number provided by the company transporting your order, so that you can follow your delivery through our website. We are not responsible for any delays caused by forces outside our control.

If the product is not yet available, we will contact you to establish a delivery date.

If at any time we reduce our postage days to once a week, this will be clearly indicated on our home page and at the point of purchase.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns made within 10 days of reception. Returns must be made with the packaging and products in perfect condition, exactly as they were sent. The client is responsible for the cost of returning the product. SiO2 cannot be held responsible for the loss of the product, so please be sure to send it by certified mail or through a transport company with a delivery code.

If the returned product is poorly packaged and we receive it in a damaged condition, we will not be able to refund your purchase.

If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please check carefully to ensure the contents are in perfect condition, and note the incident on the company’s delivery sheet. If the product is damaged on arrival, write to us at sio2@sio2.es so that it can be returned.

Reimbursements will be made to the same bank card that was used to purchase the product.
