LIBERACIÓN Y REPARACIÓN

In this project I, Tiziana Chiara, and illustrator and urban artist Alvaro González (Disneylexya), have fused two artistic disciplines – glass design and street art – to form a duo intervening on urban surfaces to encourage reflection and play a game with the viewer, based on the use of volumes, colour and mirrors.

We have joined skills to carry out street art projects on public architectural surfaces, transforming them into playful sensory spaces. Our works are constructed using volumes, mirrors and colour, arranged in compositions that combine geometrical and organic lines, that merge with their surroundings and seek to interrupt the two-dimensionality usually associated with artistic expressions of this type.

In this way, the work invites the viewer to step inside it, the mirrors attract the eye and open a dialogue with passers-by, who initially recognise themselves within the piece and interact with it.
